Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These terms govern your use of MDU Readiness (the "Service"), a tool built by Satish Saka, operating as MDU Engine, that checks whether a Meta ad account's recent data is ready for automated broad delivery (Meta Advantage+ or Google Performance Max). By connecting your Meta account or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms.
What the Service does
The Service reads read-only performance data (conversions, spend, link clicks) from a Meta ad account you connect, and returns a verdict — READY, HOLD, or NOT_READY — along with a plain-language explanation. It does not modify your ad account, campaigns, or spend in any way.
Not financial or professional advice
The Service provides decision-support guidance only, based on the four conditions it checks (Sufficiency, Stability, Consistency, Downside Exposure). It is not financial, legal, or professional advertising advice, and does not guarantee any outcome from following or ignoring its verdict. All decisions about your ad account and budget remain entirely your own responsibility.
Your account and credits
- Each person gets one free check, tracked against your Facebook identity
- Additional checks require purchasing a credit pack; each credit is consumed by one completed check
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are tied to the Facebook account used to purchase them and are not transferable to another person
Payment
Purchases in US dollars are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles sales tax and VAT; Paddle's buyer terms apply to those purchases. Purchases in Indian rupees are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details ourselves. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to circumvent the credit/quota system, connect ad accounts you're not authorized to access, or use the Service to access another business's data without their consent.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that Meta's API (which the Service depends on) will always return complete or timely data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDU Engine and Satish Saka are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including advertising spend decisions made based on its output.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
