Delete your data

You can delete everything MDU Readiness stores about you at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

Option 1: Delete it yourself (instant)

1. Open readiness.mduengine.com and connect with the same Meta login you used before.
2. In the account bar at the top of the check panel, click Delete my data and confirm.

Option 2: Ask us by email

Email satish@mduengine.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the name on your Facebook account. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

Option 3: Remove the app in Facebook

Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations and remove "MDU Readiness". This immediately stops our access to your ad accounts. To also remove what we stored, use option 1 or 2.

What gets deleted

• Your Meta access tokens and the IDs of the ad accounts you connected
• Your Facebook user ID and name
• Your free-check status and any remaining credits

What we keep

Records of completed payments (order ID, payment ID, plan, credits) are kept because tax and accounting rules require it. They contain no card or bank details. Remaining credits are lost when you delete your data, so use or ask about them first.
